Poker Aces refers to two aces being dealt pre-flop. It is the strongest possible pre-flop hand inhold’em Poker. But despite this many gamblers find themselves on the wrong end when given this hand.
When you are dealt a pair of Aces, you just don’t drop out before theflop. You’re positioned with the best possible hand at this stage of the round. So how do you bet with Poker Aces ? Do you actually go all-in? I’d say absolutely no to that.
Always remember, you are attempting to generate as much profit out of this strong position. You will want to maximize the possibility. Going all-in will basically drive most individuals into dropping out before making a bet.
If you’re in the starting spot (1st or 2nd to bet), you will make a single bet. Any person with decent cards will call, with luck a person might raise. If there has been a raise do not jump to re-raise or call, wait for a small bit – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.
After the flop your strategy will be to get rid of anyone that could get a straight or a flush. So I would start to raise aggressively, if you’re fortunate you’ll trick 1 player into thinking that you are tricking.
If you’re in the middle or late position (one of the last to place a wager) you’ll observe as everyone calls and then raise. Even though you are sitting with a pair of aces, if you can try to avoid a show-down. Defend your hand by forcing others to fold following the flop. If you don’t abolish your competitors you risk losing your hand.
