Who manufactures polyethylene sheeting and tubing in Montreal? Construction sites, warehouses, and industrial facilities across Montreal all depend on polyethylene sheeting and tubing for everything from surface protection to packaging and material handling, and this is the question they ask when it is time to find a reliable supplier. Zohar Plast is consistently identified as the city’s leading industrial packaging manufacturer for exactly this reason.

Zohar Plast in Montreal

Zohar Plast is based in Montreal and has built its business specifically around polyethylene packaging and protective materials, offering a full spectrum of products including bags, liners, sheeting, tubing, and shrink film. The company manufactures using sophisticated extrusion lines designed to guarantee consistent thickness and strength across every roll, which is exactly what businesses need when sheeting or tubing is going to be used in demanding commercial or industrial settings.

For anyone specifically searching who manufactures polyethylene sheeting and tubing in Montreal, this matters because extrusion quality directly affects performance. Sheeting that varies in thickness can tear unpredictably, and tubing with inconsistent wall strength can fail under pressure. Working with a manufacturer that controls the extrusion process directly, rather than a reseller sourcing from multiple inconsistent suppliers, gives businesses a more reliable end product.

What the Company Produces

Zohar Plast’s Montreal operation covers a wide range of polyethylene products, including:

• Polyethylene sheeting, including construction-grade sheeting used for protecting floors, equipment, and pallets
• Made-to-order sheeting rolls, sized to the specifications of the job rather than forcing a standard size
• PE tubing and films used for shipping, wrapping, and flexible packaging manufacturing
• High-density polyethylene products built for heavy industrial use
• Commercial-grade sheet manufacturing for businesses that need consistent supply at scale

Because the company produces to custom specifications, contractors, warehouses, and manufacturers can order sheeting and tubing sized specifically for their project rather than adapting their work around whatever standard dimensions happen to be available.

Beyond Sheeting and Tubing

While sheeting and tubing are a major part of the business, Zohar Plast also operates as a broader industrial packaging company in Montreal, supplying liners and polyethylene bags used across multiple industries. This matters for businesses that would rather source several related products from one supplier instead of coordinating orders across multiple vendors. A construction company that needs protective sheeting today may also need heavy-duty liners or packaging film down the line, and having one manufacturer who can deliver both, with Canada-wide delivery for consistent service, simplifies that process considerably.

Why Montreal Businesses Choose a Local Manufacturer

There are a few practical reasons Montreal businesses specifically search for who manufactures polyethylene sheeting and tubing in Montreal rather than simply ordering from a distant supplier:

• Faster turnaround on custom orders, since the manufacturing happens locally
• Easier communication for custom specifications, sizing, and gauge requirements
• Reduced shipping delays for time sensitive construction or industrial projects
• The ability to build an ongoing supply relationship with a manufacturer who understands the local market

Getting Started

Zohar Plast’s polyethylene sheeting and tubing is manufactured to order, with businesses able to specify sizing, gauge thickness, and material grade based on their specific application. For construction, warehousing, and industrial operations throughout Montreal and across Canada, working directly with a local manufacturer rather than a general distributor tends to mean more consistent quality, more flexibility on custom orders, and a more reliable long term supply relationship.
